On the Course
- The Car Park, Putting Green and Practice Areas are included as part of the course.
- No form of footwear other than golf shoes of approved types, that is with spikes or rubber soles may be worn. Car Park excluded.
- Denim clothing, track suits and shell suits are not permitted.
- Only dresswear shorts of mid length are permitted provided they are worn with sports socks.
- An appropriate shirt with collar attached or roll neck must be worn and must be tucked inside trousers or skirt, unless it is a short tailored type.
- ‘T’shirts, Grandad style shirts and Football Club Strip shirts are not permitted.
- Peaked caps of any type must be worn with the peak facing forward.
- Trousers must not be tucked into socks unless waterproofs are worn over.
Clubhouse
- Reasonable dress is to be worn at all times.
- The wearing of ‘T’shirts, Grandad style shirts, Football Strip shirts, non dresswear shorts, track suits, shell suits and ripped or modified jeans, training and golf shoes and hats of any kind, ladies dress hats excluded, is not permitted.
- Golf shoes with spikes are permitted in the Locker, Toilets and Changing areas and the Secretary’s Office only.
- Braces will not be worn unless they are worn underneath an outer garment.
In the event of any dispute arising as to what constitutes an acceptable form of dresswear, the decision of any member of the General Committee present at the time or any of the Committee’s duly authorised Agents, that is the Secretary, Professional or Steward, will be final.
